FOX過(guò)去宣布直接預(yù)訂《緊急呼救 9-1-1》的衍生劇《緊急呼救：孤星 9-1-1: Lone Star》，如劇名這劇背景設(shè)置在美國(guó)孤星州 - 得州，主演是Rob Lowe。母劇原班人馬Ryan Murphy﹑Brad Falchuk及Tim Minear聯(lián)手負(fù)責(zé)此衍生劇，劇中講述一名紐約警察Owen Strand（Rob Lowe飾）為了找回生活平衡，帶同兒子來(lái)到得州。主角在處理自己的問(wèn)題之余，還得在新地方繼續(xù)保護(hù)市民。
